Al-Huda University College Celebrates Six Years Since Its Establishment in an Official Ceremony Marked by Exceptional Atmosphere
In a new milestone along its academic journey, Al-Huda University College celebrated on Sunday, 8 February 2026, the sixth anniversary of its establishment, in an exceptional festive atmosphere that reflected its growing stature and its active role within the educational landscape.
The ceremony was held under the patronage of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Omar Abdulkareem Jassim, and was attended by high-ranking officials, led by the Governor of Al-Anbar, Eng. Omar Mashaan Dabbous, alongside Member of Parliament Burhan Al-Nasser, the Deputy Minister of Culture, Professor Dr. Fadhil Al-Badrani, the President of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate, as well as the Director of Al-Baghdadi District and the Director of Ramadi Municipality, in addition to a distinguished group of official and academic figures in the province.
The program of the celebration presented an integrated portrayal of the College’s identity, grounded in academic excellence, the empowerment of young talents, and the establishment of a modern educational environment. It also highlighted the most significant milestones in infrastructural development and academic programs, in alignment with the aspirations of contemporary higher education.
On this occasion, former deans were honored in recognition of their contributions to consolidating the foundations of the College and shaping its institutional trajectory. The Executive and Organizing Committee was likewise recognized for its pivotal role in the reconstruction and development of the College’s vital facilities, efforts that have significantly enhanced the academic and service environment within the campus.
In a clear affirmation of its mission to shape the future, the College placed special emphasis on supporting talents and young innovators in Al-Anbar Province. A number of distinguished creatives and high-achieving students were honored, reinforcing a culture of excellence and innovation.
The celebration concluded with expressions of appreciation to the partners of success whose effective contributions ensured the event’s success, foremost among them Pharma Laboratories for their continuous support of scientific and research activities, as well as Maryam Café and Al-Rusafi Café for their sponsorship and for helping create a refined celebratory experience for the guests.
